Thank you for the information, Martha. We would like to know what is happening when you click 'LOGIN'. It is possible that there is an issue with files of the Outlook app. Kindly check if you will be able connect your email account in Outlook after restarting your phone. Yes, i can access thru my normal login credentials, i am still receiving emails, but if i try and send an email, it posts non deliverable. I have always had my outlook account synced to another email, the same email address. I have gone back to that email provider and just now 'reset' my password to see if that works.
